# Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Onepage.live (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

## What the Service is

Onepage.live lets you configure "watchers" — rules that notify you when a stock or ETF price moves a set percentage from a baseline you choose. The Service is a notification tool. It is not a brokerage, does not execute trades, and does not hold or manage your funds or securities.

## Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

## Subscriptions and billing

Some features (such as layering multiple conditions into one watcher, or push notifications) are part of paid tiers, including the Hobbyist tier. Pricing and included features are shown on the site at the time of purchase and may change going forward; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to abuse or overload our systems, or to attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

## Availability

We aim to keep watchers running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and alerts may be delayed or, in rare cases, not delivered due to factors outside our control (market data delays, email delivery issues, third-party outages).

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onepage.live is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or other damages, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts.

## Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
